Head to the "C Yourself With More Birthdays" Facebook page, click "like," and then upload a photo of yourself making a letter "C" with your hand, arms, props—really whatever you can think of.

If Facebook isn't your cup of tea, you can also upload a photo via Instagram (just be sure to add the #CYourself hashtag).

For each uploaded photo, Showtime will donate $5 to the American Cancer Society. And the most creative photo will earn a $5,000 cash prize.
