A Baiastice Punk!

So I'm a huge Baiastice fan - let me freely admit this from the beginning of this post. I own more of the glitter dresses than anyone probably should..but I love them ALL. I adore the colors, the textures, the designs. Hell, I even love the STORE. So when I made my usual brief appearance on SL recently, I popped into Baiastice to see what was new.

I love the sexy punk look in SL, but sometimes it can be TOO much. The clothes can be too heavy..or too dark..not the right amount of sexy punk. There's a fine line, ya know. And then I say the Revolver Short Jacket. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this jacket. An amazing accessory that didn't need anything added to it. It's the perfect sexy punk look. Kinda sexy..kinda edgy. Right up my alley.

What is a hostess to wear?

I find myself in lots of gowns as a hostess for The Savoy Jazz Club. I never knew I would get tired of dressing up... but I do! I headed to my new favorite place... Shai ... and found this beaded ruby gown on the 2nd floor of her shop. Who'd have thought she had great stuff upstairs too! RGB! Let's hear it!

No real fashion post, but listen up. Go to the Advanced feature. If you don't have Advanced enabled - ctrl alt D. Scroll down to UI. Find the last item - show color under cursor and check it. Now - look at bottom right of your screen. The RGB numbers of any place your cursor hovers is RIGHT THERE. Can you say, "match skin to prim feet?" Yes - I knew you could! Need panties to match? RGB whatever you're coordinating with. Enjoy.

There is not a huge selection, but what is there is fabulous!! In my opinion anyway. I picked up 4 styles in black and a very adorable scarf too. Three of the styles are shown below. All have sizing scripts color change scripts. Several have hair accessories built in that can be color changed also.

My good friend Caresse is making jewelery now and i have on her "Filigree" necklace and earrings. She is turning out to be quite talented at building and i look forward to seeing more of her creations and can't wait until she opens a store!


A lot of the clothing i have on is from Bare Rose, which i believe everyone knows i adore.

Black Friday & SL!

I found an invitation in my SL mail this morning to shop with my Lindens at some new locations. Since most of my SL friends were out hitting the RL black friday celebrations I put on my coat and ventured out to see what I could find. I still slip into my favorite Last Call Dark Wash Compliquee Jeans and my Shiny Things Lace-up Brown Boots. But I found a new coat on my spree that seemed to be a perfect warm up for my adventure - A *Shai* Ruby Shearling Coat with burgandy turtleneck underneath for $350L! I'm still contemplating whether to invest in this gorgeous gown found right next door. Could I write it off as a business expense since I hostess at Savoy? I have to add a P.S.! Out back of the gowns is a wonderful gazebo full of *Shai* dollarbies! Cute boy jeans and polos (do you not hear boys complaining ALL the time on SL about the lack of fashion?) as well as more coats and bikinis! Gotta <3 SL Black Friday finds!
