In Memory of Fred

Years ago, when Mr. Moo and I shared a snowy skybox in long lost sim, we had a little yard in our skybox.  To his credit, Borday built it all himself - he even had this amazing panorama of a snowy forest surrounding the skybox. 

In our yard there lived a reindeer named Fred.  Fred was a part of our family. 

In honor of Fred, I donned this fantastic outfit by Secret Passion and I found a fake-Fred.  We'll call him Ted.  Merry Christmas, Ted.  You'll never be my darling Fred - but you'll do.

Anyway!  I love the outfit - it's so adorable - and to quote my darling Marls, "Everyone loves scarves".  So true.

Pretty in Plaid

I love this dress!  I love the plaid - it's soft and feminine here, not cheesy and junior high.  That's the tricky thing about plaid - you have to be able to wear it without looking like you just got kicked out of school.   Something about this outfit reminds me of Gossip Girl (no, not Dan)...

Liv Glam!

Okay..how have I NEVER shopped here before?!  Are you kidding me?  This is seriously THE most amazing find.  Not only is this featured dress gorgeous - but it comes with a HUD that changes the color of the dress!  So you basically just bought SIX dresses.  SIX.  For the price of ONE.  No annoying folder with 2,000 attachments to sort through.  A HUD.  And their other outfits?  You choose your size and that's what goes into the folder in your inventory - NOT countless pieces to attach in different sizes (really, you have no idea how much I hate opening a folder to find I have to scroll 3 pages to attach the left and right sleeves...). 

I'm in so much love right now, you can't imagine.  I know I say it all the time, but you MUST buy this dress.  YOU MUST.

Simple Black..

On a recent trip to Miami, I found that picking out the New Yorkers traveling to Florida was pretty simple.  We were the ones in all black and they were the ones in all white.  Sounds crazy, right?  Well.  My closet is 95% comprised of the color black.  Sweaters, skirts, pants, dresses, suits.  You name it, I own several of it in black. 

I love this black outfit.  Quiet, simple and so chic.

I Am A FashionNatic!

Sometimes, you just have to love the designer that puts it all together FOR you - including sunglasses!  That's exactly what FashionNatic does!  I love this mesh outfit - it's very SoHo - trendy without being tacky.  It took me a few minutes to figure myself out mesh-wise, but all in all it was pretty great.  I love the sweater poncho - it doesn't look bulky and weird like they sometimes can - and I'm all about the patterned leggings.

Lazy Sundays: Eyelure

So, my ideal lazy Sunday consists of two things:

1.  A comfy outfit.
2.  Peace and quiet.

Needless to say, I never get ideal lazy Sundays.  :)

But if I did - I'd absolutely have every lazy Sunday wearing this LOVE mini-dress by Eyelure.  It looks so warm and soft and just downright snuggle-friendly.  I'm pretty sure you'd find me sleeping in it as well.
